The goal is not to make you appear less autistic. It is to make your life fit you better.

Autistic teens and adults, diagnosed or self-identified, and people exploring the possibility later in life. I work with neurodiverse clients regularly in my clinical practice.
Who this is for

I work from a neurodiversity-affirming position. I am not interested in compliance-based or behaviour-shaping approaches that treat autistic traits as problems to be trained out. We work on what you want to change, usually burnout, anxiety, relationships, self-understanding, and accommodations, rather than on presenting as neurotypical.
Predictable structure, clear language, no assumed subtext, and permission to stim, look away, or take silence. Sessions can be online if that lowers the sensory load. I do not diagnose autism, and I am happy to work alongside whoever does.
Getting started
A short call to hear what is going on, answer your questions, and see whether we are a good fit. No pressure either way.
Sixty minutes to lay out the situation in your own words. We get clear on what matters most and what you want to be different.
We settle into a rhythm that suits you, weekly or spaced out, in person on the Sunshine Coast or by secure video anywhere in BC.
If any of this sounds like where you are right now, the next step is a free 15 minute consultation. No pressure, no commitment, just a conversation.
