Most men I meet have been managing something alone for a very long time before they book.

Who this is for

I am a male counsellor with lived experience of my own, and I do not need you to perform vulnerability to be useful. Plenty of men start by talking about logistics, work, or the situation with their kids, and the rest comes later. That is a legitimate way in. I am direct, I will not pathologize you, and I am comfortable with the practical, problem-solving register that many men prefer at the start.
Sixty minute sessions, in person or online. Many men start with four sessions to see whether it is worth continuing, which is a reasonable way to test it.
Getting started
A short call to hear what is going on, answer your questions, and see whether we are a good fit. No pressure either way.
Sixty minutes to lay out the situation in your own words. We get clear on what matters most and what you want to be different.
We settle into a rhythm that suits you, weekly or spaced out, in person on the Sunshine Coast or by secure video anywhere in BC.
If any of this sounds like where you are right now, the next step is a free 15 minute consultation. No pressure, no commitment, just a conversation.
